It is not a loan offer, pre-approval, or guarantee of eligibility from any bank or lender. Actual eligibility depends on credit history, lender policy, and information we don't have access to.

We make no warranty about the accuracy of extracted figures or calculated estimates. Do not make financial decisions based solely on this tool. Verify with your lender.

Don't use this service to upload documents that aren't your own payslip, or to abuse, scrape, or overload the service. We rate-limit and may block traffic that looks automated or abusive.
